Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

Clint Wilson State Farm is hiring a full-time Account Associate in Fishers, IN to help customers understand their coverage and find policies that fit their lives. Responsibilities

• Talk with new and current customers about their auto, home, and life insurance needs
• Prepare quotes and explain coverage options in plain language
• Follow up on referrals and customer inquiries promptly
• Set appointments and help customers through the application process
• Keep accurate customer notes and activity in the agency system
• Complete product training and insurance licensing coursework (paid)

Qualifications

• Prior sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred — insurance training and licensing provided

Pay range: $70,000-$85,000 per year

This range reflects expected total annual compensation, including base salary plus bonuses and commissions. Base salary is based on experience and licensing.
